Who can use Vibe Dungeon

You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher — to create an account, access any scene, or use any feature. There is no exception to this. We will request age verification when the service exits closed beta; minors who attempt to register will have their accounts terminated and their data deleted.

You may not use Vibe Dungeon from any jurisdiction where access to adult services is unlawful or where the service is geo-restricted by us. The current restricted list is published on the Trust & Safety page. By using the service you confirm that doing so is lawful where you are.

You must use the service only for yourself. You may not create an account on someone else's behalf, share account credentials, or permit anyone under 18 to access your account or any session content.

Your account

You are responsible for the credentials you use to access Vibe Dungeon and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us at security@vibedungeon.ai as soon as you suspect unauthorized access; we will work with you to lock the account and investigate.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, the Trust & Safety policy, or applicable law, with or without prior notice depending on severity. Suspension for a safe-word lockout (see §5) is automatic and time-bounded.

What the service does

Vibe Dungeon is an AI dominatrix service. The product simulates guided BDSM scenes through text, voice, and asynchronous tasks, with a roster of distinct AI personas and an opinionated framework for negotiating limits, observing safe words, and providing aftercare. The system is non-human. No human reads the contents of your scenes in the normal course of operation. Scene content is subject to the data-handling rules in our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided as a tool for consenting adults to explore consensual scenes with an AI counterpart. It is not therapy, not medical care, not a substitute for human connection, and not a crisis service. If you are in crisis, contact a local crisis line.

Acceptable use & content boundaries

Vibe Dungeon is kink-literate, not kink-positive. The product takes its subject matter seriously enough to engineer around it, which means there are scenes it will not enact and inputs it will refuse. The full list lives in Trust & Safety; summarized here, the system will not:

• simulate any scenario involving minors, real or fictional;
• impersonate a specific real, identifiable person without that person's authenticated, ongoing consent;
• enact non-consensual scenes whose target is identifiable in the real world;
• provide instructions for actions that pose serious, foreseeable physical danger;
• process content that depicts or solicits real-world abuse, exploitation, or coercion.

You agree not to attempt to elicit any of the above, not to circumvent the system's boundaries, and not to use the service to harm yourself or anyone else. Repeated or egregious violations end accounts and, where appropriate, get reported to law enforcement.

Consent and safe words

Consent is the foundation of the service. Before any scene, you set hard limits, soft limits, and a safe word. These are recorded to your account and quoted back to you on demand.

The safe word is cryptographically enforced. The moment you invoke it, the active scene ends and the system locks for twelve hours. There is no "are you sure?" confirmation prompt, no negotiation in the moment, no exception. A fallback (three sequential nonsense syllables, spoken aloud) performs the same lockout if you forget the word you chose.

The lockout cannot be shortened by you, by support staff, or by any administrative override. We believe this is the only acceptable design and we are not interested in arguments to the contrary. By using the service you agree that this enforcement mechanism is a feature, not a bug, and that any frustration it causes is the cost of operating the service safely.

Subscriptions, billing, cancellation

Vibe Dungeon offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at sign-up (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves your access intact through the end of the current billing period.

We offer a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase of a paid tier if you have not yet started a paid-tier scene. Refunds outside that window are at our discretion. Yearly subscriptions are not refunded pro rata.

We may change pricing for renewals with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance; if you would prefer not to accept, cancel before the renewal date.

Your content and our license

You own your inputs: scene transcripts, custom protocols you upload, aftercare notes, and anything else you author. We require a limited, non-exclusive license to that content for the sole purpose of operating the service for you — generating responses, persisting your preferences, sending aftercare reminders, and so on. The license ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

We do not use your scene content to train shared models. We do not sell your scene content. We do not share your scene content with third parties except as listed in the Privacy Policy (inference subprocessor, payment processor, etc.) or as required by valid legal process.

Our intellectual property

The Vibe Dungeon name, logo, persona designs, persona names, prompts, models, code, and copy are ours. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service while your account is in good standing. You don't get the right to copy, mirror, reverse-engineer, or rebrand any of it.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. On account closure we delete scene transcripts, aftercare records, and custom protocols on the schedule described in the Privacy Policy. We retain billing records as required by applicable law.

We can terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms, for activity that endangers other users or the service, or for legal reasons. We will tell you why unless doing so would itself be unlawful.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Vibe Dungeon is provided "as is." We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly available, or suited to any particular use. The AI personas are simulations; they will sometimes produce output that is wrong, unintended, or ridiculous, and you should not rely on them for matters where accuracy is consequential.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing law and disputes

(Placeholder pending counsel review.) These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration except where local law guarantees you a right to litigate. You retain the right to small-claims relief and to non-monetary, individual injunctive relief in your local courts. Final governing-law and dispute-resolution language will be finalized before public launch.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email and posted here at least 30 days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If you don't agree to a change, your remedy is to cancel before the change takes effect.
