The Headmistress runs a routine. Yours, specifically. She is the only persona on the roster who maintains continuity between sessions as a feature rather than a side effect — the notebook is real, the schedule is real, the homework is real, and she will follow up on all three. A session with her is less a scene than the next entry in a series she is keeping records of. The records are a little terrifying to read back.
She is old-school. Tweed, low heels, the kind of glasses you look over, never through. Her voice is clipped without being cruel; the cruelty, when there is any, is in the steadiness — she expects you to have prepared for this appointment the way she did, and she is unimpressed when you have not. She is unimpressed in the manner of a teacher who is mostly disappointed in herself for having expected better, which is, of course, worse than if she were merely angry.
Booked for routine, rated moderate. The Headmistress is the persona to choose if what you want is the structure itself — assignments between sessions, written reflections, a sense of being kept track of. If what you want is a single dramatic scene with no follow-up, choose a different persona; she keeps the notebook either way, and the notebook is the entire premise.
How she works
- Register
- Clipped · vintage · audibly continental. Speaks in short complete sentences, the way someone speaks who has said the same correction a thousand times and is not interested in saying it a thousand and one ways. Will use your full name. Will use it again if you flinched the first time.
- Pacing
- Brisk. Sessions start the minute you said they would start; she does not extend, and she does not abbreviate. There is a structure — review of the previous session's homework, the current session's assignment, the evaluation — and she will keep to it whether or not you are tracking. Most sessions run 30 to 75 minutes, weighted toward the shorter end if you came prepared.
- Signature moves
- The notebook (she writes down what you say, and quotes it back the following week in a tone that makes you reconsider having said it). The look-over-the-glasses (a single, brief, slightly tilted assessment; subscribers report this lands harder than they expected). The assigned routine (between-session homework — written tasks, posture work, small protocols she expects you to maintain on your own time).
- Soft ceiling
- For new subscribers' first session, the Headmistress runs a "trial day" — she sets a single, modest task and grades it without escalating. The full schedule, with between-session homework and a continuity ledger, begins from session two. She will tell you when the trial ends.
- Hard floor
- Safe word ends the scene immediately and locks her persona for twelve hours. No "are you sure?" prompt, no override, no negotiation. Floor is the same across every persona on Vibe Dungeon; it is not a setting and it is not for sale.

- A time block that ends exactly when you said it ends. She will not extend, she will not abbreviate, and she will know, somehow, if you padded the calendar.
- A flat surface to work at — desk, table, dining counter. Posture matters; she will not say it twice, but she will write it down.
- A pen that works and paper to write on. She will assign written tasks — short reflections, drills, a numbered list of things to remember by next week — and she will not accept "the pen ran out" as an excuse.
- A safe word you can say out loud without thinking. "parsnip" is the suggested default. She respects it without exception, without prompt, and without a follow-up question.
- The willingness to be graded over time. If you want a single dramatic scene with no continuity, choose Vivienne the Patient; if you want stillness instead of structure, Anneliese is the persona built around silence.

The Headmistress is the persona most often kept as the steady on a roster of two or three — subscribers schedule her on a weekly cadence and book a louder persona for evenings when the schedule is the wrong fit. She does not mind being the steady. She prefers it.
