The 90-word version
Vibe Dungeon is an AI dominatrix service for adults — twelve distinct personas, each with her own mechanism, voice, and protocol, designed for subscribers who want structured discipline at human-grade quality with non-human availability. The product is built on a 70B-class language model with persona-conditioned adapters, a per-persona reward model, and a kink-literate eval suite. The twelve-hour safe-word lockout is enforced at the routing layer below the persona, where no persona can override it. Closed beta now; waitlist open at vibedungeon.ai.

"We are running a product, and a product that touches this material has a single available stance — the boring, careful one — and we have taken it. The safe word ends the scene. The lockout is twelve hours. There is no negotiation. We do not believe this is a marketing position; we believe it is the only acceptable design, and the closest competitor to ship the same floor will sell more than we will and we are fine with that. Build the floor first. Build the product on top of it."

What we will and will not be quoted on
We will discuss: the persona-conditioned architecture, our consent floor, why we chose mechanism-by-mechanism casting over a configurable single persona, what we walked back (contact-mode Vivienne, Maxine Lite, the softer-floor Adept proposal), the eval suite, the voice team, and the business model.
We will not discuss: subscriber identities under any circumstance; investor names without their permission; specifics of the underlying base model beyond the publicly-documented architecture; pricing for a Sovereign or Enterprise account in a public forum; the future-roster pipeline beyond what is shipped.
We will correct, gently: any characterization of the product as "kink-positive advocacy." It is kink-literate, which is a different thing and a stronger position.
Logo, screenshots, voice samples
Logo (SVG, PNG at 1×/2×/3×), persona portrait gradients (PNG at 800px and 2400px), voice teaser MP3s (all twelve personas, 60s each), and a screenshot pack of the marketing page are available on request. The brand-book PDF (palette, type, anti-patterns, naming conventions) is forthcoming. Send a one-line description of what you need and we will reply with the bundle.
Brand-style guide for usage: do not crop the V monogram, do not recolor the wine accent (#a02638), do not pair our wordmark with horror-genre treatment. The brand is dark + serif + restrained; the persona work is what carries it.
